Teaching Methodology

The Global Edge School follows the Bloom’s Taxonomy of learning in designing and implementing its lesson plans in the classroom. It is an interactive method of teaching, which largely depends on active pupil participation and hands-on learning. The child is the centre of the teaching learning process.

Various tools of teaching, such as activities, group discussions, projects, field trips, audio-visual presentations, role-plays, quizzes and debates form an integral part of the teaching learning process.

The curriculum aims to follow the CBSE system of education incorporating the methods of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) and looks towards the holistic development of the child, concentrating equally on scholastic and co-scholastic areas.

The curriculum is a combination of Indian culture, tradition, heritage, thoughts and ideas with the progressive learning requirements of the 21st century. It is a curriculum framed keeping in mind the needs of the global citizen.
